La Peyrecout, circa 1700, a renovated Corps de Ferme, is set in three acres of tranquil hillside, with spectacular views, recently renovated to a luxurious standard, with 66m2 swimming pool and 6 seater hot tub (Jacuzzi).
The holiday accommodation comprises of 2 self-contained luxury holiday cottages situated in the stone-built former barn and a self-contained cottage and main house in the renovated farmhouse. La Peyrecout is the ideal holiday for couples, families, friends and celebrations. Long lets available.
The farmhouse is in the beautiful unspoiled Pays des Bastides area of Tarn, departement 81, in South West France part of the area known collectively as the Midi-Pyrénées. Only a few minutes away is Laguépie, a lively town famous for its chestnut festival, which is situated between the popular bastide and medieval towns of Cordes-sur-Ciel, Monesties, Najac, Puycelsi and St. Antonin-Noble-Val. Or you could visit Roquefort, the Toulouse Lautrec Museum in Albi, the Millau Viaduct or one of the many Gaillac vineyards. There are a variety of activities within a few kilometres of the farm including canoeing, horse riding, walking, cycling and the Cap’ Découverte Leisure and Adventure Park.
Situated 94km north-east of Toulouse and 73km from Rodez airports, La Peyrecout is an ideal base to explore South West France.
