Availability and Pricing

If you would like to check availability and confirm the cost for a stay at La Peyrecout then please check here…

Choose the property and select the reservation dates and click continue.
You will then see on the screen the rate details and confirmed availability.
If you have a discount code, please enter it into the box and apply for a revised rate.

If there are any problems or you wish to ask a question before booking, then please contact us first.

If you would like to reserve a property (up to 7 days) or confirm a booking then follow the procedure below.

Please check the availability and pricing as above and then continue to enter customer information.
You may choose to pay via the drop down menu
1. Paypal: Choose this option if you would like to pay by Credit card, including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express
2. Check/Cash: Choose this option if you would like to pay via French cheque, cash or bank transfer (French or UK bank*)
You will then be able to review the reservation and accept the Booking Terms and Conditions.
Once accepted you will receive a reservation code (e.gWRSA-JRXQ) and an e-mail with all the details showing your reservation is PENDING and how to pay.
We will reserve the property for 7 days at this point.
If you have chosen to pay via PayPal then you can click the “pay now” button to complete the reservation by paying the deposit or full balance at this point or via the link in the e-mail.
To upgrade your reservation to a CONFIRMED BOOKING you must pay the 30% deposit within 7 days via the method chosen. The balance will become due 56 days prior to the commencement of the holiday. If booking is within this 56 days the full cost is to be paid at the time of booking.

*Note: For transfer to UK bank we will take the rate at the time of booking form www.xe.com

In order to confirm your stay, a deposit of 30% of the full payment (or full payment if booking within 56 days of departure) must be paid within 7 days of confirmation of booking.
The balance of the cost of your stay must be received by us not less than 56 days prior to departure (or at the time of booking if this date has passed)
You must pay a security deposit of 100 Euros (or what you are advised at the time of booking) before the start of your stay. This can be a French Cheque or credit card before commencement. This will be returned within 14 days after the end of your stay.
Should you need to cancel your stay once it has been confirmed, the party leader must immediately advise us in writing. As we incur costs from the time we confirm your booking and may be unable to re-sell your period of stay, cancellation charges will be payable as stated in the booking conditions.
It is strongly recommended that you take out adequate travel insurance. Please read your policy details carefully. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase is adequate for your particular needs.
If you have any special request, you must advise us at the time of booking and clearly note it in the extra information section of the booking form.
